Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)
Each year, South Fulton Senior Services partners with the Atlanta Regional Commission and the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) to provide fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables to seniors throughout the South Fulton community.
This annual initiative helps increase access to nutritious foods while supporting healthy lifestyles and local farmers.
Are You Eligible?
Must be a senior aged 60 or older at the time of application.
Must be a resident of South Fulton County, Georgia.
Household income must meet SFMNP program guidelines.
Valid identification and proof of residency are required.
How to Apply
Voucher applications are processed annually on a first-come, first-served basis. Vouchers can be used at authorized farmers markets to purchase fresh produce. Applications will open in May
